Synopsis

"One Week," a program reminiscent of "Hard Knocks," offers an intimate look at the BMS team and its coaches, following them through the demands of both the field and everyday life. As it chronicles the franchise’s arduous journey back to prominence, the series reveals a simmering conflict between Gilday and Alex, Daniels' anxieties fueled by Gilday's presence, and Thad's burgeoning ambition to pursue an acting career.
