Synopsis

The situation tightens for Frank when a supporter of the mayor is discovered dead, and the mayor demands he present the event as an isolated act of violence to the public. Simultaneously, Jamie undertakes his first undercover assignment, immersing himself in a bar setting where he encounters a fellow patron whose guarded demeanor piques his interest.
