Synopsis

Danny and Baez find themselves collaborating once more, joining forces with a former colleague of Danny's in pursuit of a killer who seems to be meticulously replicating past crimes. Meanwhile, Frank and Mayor Chase find themselves at odds, disagreeing sharply on the most effective approach to addressing the growing number of homeless individuals in the city.
