Synopsis

A persistent unease gnaws at Frank; he suspects his old friend is not being entirely forthcoming about the reason for their return to the city. Baez and her daughter find themselves in the crosshairs of a criminal she once brought to justice. Meanwhile, Anthony is drawn into the shadowy world of an underground crime syndicate.
