Synopsis

Doug Overstreet, an Atlanta police lieutenant, was known as a dedicated husband, father, and officer. Therefore, the discovery of his body—naked, riddled with bullets, and adrift in the dark waters of South Carolina's Lake Thurmond—left law enforcement officials across three separate areas utterly bewildered.
