Synopsis

She stood amidst a throng of bat-children, the air thick with an unsettling stillness. Then, a low hum began, weaving through the cavern, answered by the shrieks of the creatures around her. A metallic scent, sharp and cloying, filled her nostrils. The sound, the smell – they ignited something within her, a primal fury. A sword materialized in her hand, and she swung it wildly, a whirlwind of steel and rage. She saw no faces, recognized no allies; all was target, all was threat.
