Synopsis

Borden takes responsibility for a young woman of enigmatic origins, one marked by a curious tattoo, and brings her case before the FBI team. However, the girl's connections to a terrorist organization threaten to ensnare them all. Elsewhere, Jane finds herself drawn back to Weller, a tentative friendship blossoming between Borden and Patterson.
