Synopsis

In a parking lot, witnesses observed a woman being handcuffed and then escorted into an unmarked vehicle by a woman with blond hair. Yet, detectives have been unable to locate any official record of her arrest. The question remains: where has she been taken? Josh Mankiewicz reports on the perplexing case.
