Synopsis

Chris Hansen reports from Mexico on the escalating drug war. He works alongside Mexican federal officers on a clandestine operation targeting drug kingpins, and recounts the story of a hit man living a deceptive double life. Additionally, he profiles a woman who dedicated her life to combating corruption.
