Synopsis

Black Jack and Pinoko journeyed to New York. There, a doctor, the son of an old acquaintance of Black Jack’s parents, sought his assistance. His mother suffered from Honma's Hematoma, and he pleaded with Black Jack to perform surgery. Recalling his mentor's stern warning against treating such a disease, Black Jack declined. Later, while examining a photograph he had acquired, Black Jack discovered a clock. Suddenly, Benitokage appeared and shot him in the heart.
