Synopsis

Following their departure from the Sky Hospital, damaged and in need of repair, Black Jack and Pinoco arrived in a town nestled somewhere in the Middle East. There, Black Jack was apprehended and charged with murder. He was subsequently exonerated thanks to the intervention of a Japanese businessman named Aritani. In return for this assistance, Black Jack offered to repay the debt. Later, Aritani was manipulated into accepting responsibility for illegal financial dealings within his company. He
