Synopsis

Assisted by the physician Ayako, Black Jack embarks on a journey to England aboard the Sky Hospital, a military aircraft repurposed as a fully equipped medical facility. Their flight is interrupted when a band of militants seize control, intending to transform the vessel into a weapon. Though the passengers and crew mount a resistance, a stun grenade detonates within the cockpit. The resulting shrapnel severely injures the pilots and one of the attackers, while the plane sustains damage leading
