Synopsis

Renka summons Black Jack, and he is reminded of his father. However, she expresses a desire for him to remain and become part of their family. Renka's daughter, Pinoko, suspects Black Jack seeks her father’s fortune. As Black Jack prepares to operate on his father, Organization thugs kidnap Pinoko, drawing him into a carefully laid trap where he is forced to relinquish a pendant. Benitokage appears, intervening to avert disaster, seemingly triggered by an attack on one of the Organization member
