Synopsis

With Bow’s historic appointment as the first Black woman to a partnership at the hospital, Dre is acutely aware of a perceived shortfall in his own support for the Black community. He finds himself advocating to Stevens & Lido for the hiring of another Black executive. Simultaneously, Bow grapples with the weight of her pioneering role, navigating the complexities of being a Black woman in such a position of authority and striving to offer guidance to those following in her footsteps.
