Synopsis

For her birthday, Janine presents Diane with a white Girlstory doll. Later, when Bow attempts to exchange it for a doll with a Black figure, she is taken aback by the narrow selection available. Dre attributes this dearth of representation to the media's shortcomings, but in grappling with this systemic issue, he confronts his own ingrained biases. Elsewhere, Ruby asks Junior to be her partner in Spades.
