Synopsis

Dre finds himself compelled to fulfill jury duty after Junior’s discarded summons is reactivated. The case appears straightforward, yet a sense of civic duty stirs within him when he learns the defendant is a young African American, prompting a desire for equitable judgment. Elsewhere, Bow decides to allow the children to take their oaths within the house, believing them more forthcoming in that environment; however, she and Ruby soon find themselves regretting the decision.
