Synopsis

Hiruko immediately attends to twenty-nine pairs of civil officers and finds himself once more confronting Rentaro and Enju. Rentaro reveals his full strength to Hiruko, demonstrating that he too was a participant in the New Human Creation Project. The two engage in another fierce battle.
