Synopsis

A trip to Italy could be precisely what two doctors need, and Karli resolves to have a frank discussion with Quinton. Trudie frets over the state of Louis and Naomi's relationship, while Ilse sharply criticizes Okkie's conduct. Chanel and Wimpie both carry a palpable air of melancholy, just as one of the physicians unexpectedly begins to feel unwell.
