Synopsis

Recovering from his injuries, Billy finds himself back with his family. There, he and the Regulators begin to devise a bold plan: a prison break to liberate a friend held within its walls. Meanwhile, Garrett confirms Emily’s growing doubts about the truth surrounding Edgar’s fate, and reveals her father's complicity in the events that transpired.
