Don't remain ignorant – Bill Nye will illuminate the science of light and optics for you. Light, a form of energy, typically travels in a straight path, but its course is frequently interrupted. Upon encountering an object, light may reflect, transmit, or be absorbed; often, all three processes occur simultaneously. Mirrors, for instance, rely on reflection to produce images. When you see your reflection, light bounces off your face, enters the mirror, and then reaches your eyes. Glass, converse
