Synopsis

The Special Hero Dispensation Act granted those recognized as heroes the legal right to requisition items from chests and furniture within the town. When the four adventurers found themselves impoverished and unable to sustain their travels, they turned to this law, beginning to pilfer from the homes of the townsfolk. However, their pursuit of wealth proved excessive.
