Bruce Wayne unveiled his latest creation to the world: the Ion Cortex, a device promising a solution to the planet's energy crisis. To bring this ambitious project to fruition, he enlisted the expertise of Dr. Jason Burr, a scientist of exceptional talent. The announcement, however, cast a long shadow, attracting the unwanted attention of the League of Assassins, one of the most formidable organizations in existence. While Batman was absent in Gotham, a deadly assassin from the League, known as
