Synopsis

In Old Gotham, a growing menace of armored thugs has plunged several districts into fear. To combat this escalating threat, Batman and Katana have forged an uneasy alliance with Rex Mason, the enigmatic "Golem of Old Gotham." Their efforts are complicated by the arrival of Harvey Dent's newly formed Special Crimes Unit, tasked with neutralizing both the criminals and the vigilantes who stand against them.
