This woman consistently makes questionable choices—she swears around her children and has outbursts—but that’s precisely why you find yourself completely charmed by her. The show is genuinely funny, portraying a mother who is far from flawless, which feels remarkably relatable to everyday life's pursuit of an unattainable ideal. As someone with three teenage siblings, I can certainly recognize some of the scenarios depicted; while only two are boys, the experiences are similar. I’m also quite fond of the youngest daughter—she’s a riot. I definitely suggest giving this series a try.
