Synopsis

A typographical error in a memo concerning inappropriate conduct at Veridian Dynamics inadvertently instructs employees to employ offensive language. Ted endeavors to persuade the company to rectify the mistake, but not before a barrage of insults erupts. Simultaneously, Veronica is consumed by fear and guilt. If the company could commit such a blunder, could it be that her own advancement is predicated on a typo in a memo intended for W. Palmer, rather than for her?
