Synopsis

Strange occurrences plagued the Governor's residence, unsettling Kraus to the point of declaring it haunted. A séance was held, and it revealed the spectral presence to be a former governor, slain many years prior. His unrest stemmed from a disturbing prospect: the current Gov. Gatling planned to bestow an honor upon the man responsible for his death—a memorial street bearing his name.
