Synopsis

An invitation to the Halloween party of her alluring neighbor prompts BJ to encourage Kate to shed her usual demeanor and embrace a completely different persona for the evening. Elsewhere, Ben and Tommy resolve to remain home, distributing candy to trick-or-treaters with a hopeful eye toward meeting attractive mothers. However, their night takes an unexpected turn when Tommy unknowingly consumes some of BJ's peculiar sweets from Amsterdam. Meanwhile, Kate finds a connection with Will (guest star
