Synopsis

Lydia’s treatment of her grandmother bordered on condescension, assuming an age-induced helplessness that deeply irritated the older woman. Consequently, Grandma Deetz, with the unexpected assistance of Beetlejuice—appearing as the eccentric Grandpa Beetleman—led a spirited exodus. She gathered all the other dissatisfied residents of the retirement home and embarked upon a rather chaotic journey through the Neitherworld.
