Synopsis

It was Good Neighbor Day in the Neitherworld, a time when pleasantness was enforced by decree. Predictably, BJ refused to comply, stirring up mischief and inviting unwanted attention. This drew the notice of Goody Two Shoes, a Fairy dispatched from the Bureau of Sweetness and Prissiness (BSnP). With a flick of her wand, she transformed everyone into residents of Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood—a truly unfortunate turn of events.
