Synopsis

A chilling wave of murders grips Stockholm. The victims, discovered with their faces grotesquely dissolved by acid, send a shudder through the city. Detective Martin Beck and his colleague Gunvald Larsson find themselves once more plunged into a deep and unsettling darkness.
