Synopsis

Amidst a raging storm, the spark of Starscream, an immortal Decepticon, descends upon the planet and seizes control of the Waspinator. He persuades Megatron to allow him to assist in an assault on the Maximal base, confident in its known state of inactivity. His abilities are considerable, undeniably so; yet, his capacity for deceit is equally vast.
