From the Royal Albert Hall, Katie Derham welcomes the concluding concert of the 2016 BBC Proms. The evening’s festivities are conducted by the combined power of the BBC Symphony Orchestra and Chorus, alongside the BBC Singers, under the direction of Finnish chief conductor Sakari Oramo, who returns to lead the Last Night of the Proms for a second time.
