Synopsis

The BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra journeys from 18th-century France to late 19th-century Germany—pausing briefly in Chelsea, where the eight-year-old Mozart composed his First Symphony—in a concert also featuring the UK premiere of Bernard Rands’s Piano Concerto.
