Synopsis

The National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain returns for its annual Proms performance, this time under the direction of conductor Ed Gardner. The program promises an energetic exploration of 20th-century music, featuring Igor Stravinsky’s vibrant ballet *Petrushka*, Witold Lutosławski’s richly textured Concerto for Orchestra, and Sergei Prokofiev’s First Piano Concerto, with Louis Schwizgebel as soloist.
