The Human Planet Prom offers a captivating exploration of our world, weaving together Nitin Sawhney's evocative music from the acclaimed television series with performances by artists and ensembles from across the globe. Charles Hazlewood conducts the BBC Concert Orchestra in newly commissioned arrangements of the Human Planet score, accompanied by visuals drawn from the series itself. Hosted by explorer and television presenter Paul Rose, the concert also features behind-the-scenes documentary
