Synopsis

The BBC Symphony Orchestra, the BBC Singers, and conductor Sir Andrew Davis offer a Prom from the Royal Albert Hall. Renowned Prom performer Tasmin Little joins them for a rendition of Elgar’s enduring Violin Concerto, and the concert culminates in Strauss’s beloved orchestral portrait, Till Eulenspiegel. A selection of choral and orchestral works by the delightfully unconventional Percy Grainger completes a program poised to be a highlight of this year's Proms.
