Synopsis

Conductor Vladimir Jurowski presents a triptych of Hungarian perspectives at the Royal Albert Hall. The program unfolds with Kodály’s bright and melodic *Galanta Dances*, followed by the rhythmic energy of Bartók’s First Piano Concerto, featuring soloist Jean-Efflam Bavouzet. The evening concludes with Liszt's Faust Symphony, a work by one of this season’s highlighted composers.
