Synopsis

Clive Anderson hosts a special Prom from the Royal Albert Hall, commemorating the 75th anniversaries of three celebrated British composers: Delius, Elgar, and Holst. Sir Charles Mackerras conducts the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra in a program featuring Holst's mystical Planets Suite, Elgar's vibrant Cockaigne Overture, and Delius's evocative Song of the High Hills, with solo performances by Rebecca Evans and Toby Spence.
