Synopsis

Jun Markl leads the Orchestre National de Lyon in a concert exploring the musical connections between East and West, held at the Royal Albert Hall. The program includes Takemitsu's *Ceremonial: An Autumn Ode* and *Green*, Debussy’s *Estampes – Pagodes* and *La Mer*, and Ravel’s *Tzigane*. The concert features Japanese violinist Akiko Suwanai, alongside an introduction to the oriental instrument sho by Mayumi Miyata.
