Synopsis

Soprano Renee Fleming, celebrated for her artistry, returns to the Proms, introduced by Suzy Klein, for a program of works by Alban Berg and Erich Korngold. The BBC Philharmonic provides accompaniment, led by conductor Gianandrea Noseda, who will also conduct Beethoven's Eighth Symphony in F major and Schumann's Second Symphony in C major.
