Synopsis

Alan Titchmarsh presents the concluding concert of the Proms season at London's Royal Albert Hall. The program evokes a maritime atmosphere through Walton's Overture: Portsmouth Point and Lambert's The Rio Grande. Interspersed are Handel's ethereal *Ombra Mai Fu* (from *Xerxes*), the poignant *Dove Sei* (from *Rodelinda*), and the passionate *Se Parla net Mio Cor* (from *Giustino*), alongside Rodrigo's *Concierto de Aranjuez*. Accompanying the BBC Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Paul Daniel, is
