Synopsis

From London’s Royal Albert Hall, American soprano Renee Fleming graces the Proms for the first time, performing Mozart's exuberant motet, *Exsultate, jubilate*, and Richard Strauss’s deeply moving *Four Last Songs* (1948). The concert’s first half also includes Dvorak’s vibrant Carnival Overture and Brahms’s Variations on the St. Anthony Chorale.
