Synopsis

Richard Baker introduces the final recording of this year's Henry Wood Promenade Concerts at the Royal Albert Hall. Pinchas Zukerman is the featured soloist, performing Beethoven's Violin Concerto in D major, accompanied by the BBC Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Mark Elder and led by concertmaster Rodney Friend.
