Synopsis

The Royal Albert Hall in London is filled with television cameras for the second half of the final concert in the 72nd season of Henry Wood Promenade Concerts. The BBC Symphony Orchestra, led by Hugh Maguire and conducted by Sir Malcolm Sargent, performs. Monica Sinclair, a contralto, is featured, and the program is introduced by Richard Baker.
