This is the final recording from a distinguished series of six broadcasts taken from the BBC's Promenade Concerts season of 1965 at the Royal Albert Hall, London. Featuring Barry Tuckwell on horn and Simon Streatfeild on viola, with the London Symphony Orchestra, led by concertmaster John Georgiadis and conducted by Colin Davis. The program is introduced by Richard Baker and was recorded on August 26th.
