Synopsis

Garner Ellerbee, Mitch’s friend from his days on the force, returned to town with a proposition: help him dismantle a drug smuggling ring. The catalyst for this renewed partnership was a dead dolphin found washed ashore. Drawn into the case, Mitch inadvertently drew Neely into danger when she agreed to discreetly plant a tracking device on the yacht of a man connected to the beach club where she worked as a lifeguard.
