Synopsis

Following Mitch's rescue of a young girl from a live grenade on the beach, he and Cody delve into an investigation of a submerged vessel rumored to hold a hidden stash of smuggled weapons. Their search takes a perilous turn when they are taken hostage by two arms smugglers intent on recovering their lost shipment. Cody finds himself trapped within the ship's hull, seventy-five feet beneath the ocean's surface, while Mitch struggles against his captors.
