Synopsis

Neely Capshaw, the unsettling and emotionally unstable lifeguard who had previously attempted to falsely accuse Matt of sexual harassment, returned to Baywatch for a position as switchboard operator. She was met with open hostility, particularly from C.J., who blamed Neely directly for Matt’s leaving the station.
