Synopsis

Don Brand, a television producer driven by ambition and prone to clumsy execution, found inspiration in a recent rescue. He envisioned a pilot film, christened "Rescue Bay," loosely based on the lives of the lifeguards. The resulting upheaval affected everyone involved; cast members became preoccupied with their on-screen personas. Garner found himself embodying C.J., playing the role of Stephanie, while Mitch navigated the complications of portraying himself within the narrative.
