Synopsis

As Mitch, Garner, and the rest of the Baywatch team contend with a persistent street gang that has taken to loitering at the beach and harassing swimmers, Stephanie finds herself drawn to Carlos, the new lifeguard. He is striving to distance himself from the life he once knew, and now he’s determined to rescue his sister from the gang leader's clutches.
